Rate Exclusion Periods:

Rates are not applicable during:

• New Year: 28 Dec - 2 Jan 2026
• Vietnamese New Year: 15 - 20 Feb 2026
• Hung Kings' Day: 27 Apr 2026
• National Holiday: 30 Apr - 2 May 2026
• National Day: 1 - 3 Sept 2026
• Christmas: 23 - 25 Dec 2026

Refund Policy:

• Tickets are non-refundable if the tour does not visit various tourist attractions, except in the event of storms or floods.
• When there is a force majeure that cannot be resolved, the company has the right not to refund in all cases.
• Cancellations within 7 days before departure (or in case of company deposits for hotels, cars, etc.) will not receive money back.

Company Liability:

The company has the right not to be responsible for any expenses in the event of force majeure such as:

• Airline cancellations or delays
• Natural disasters
• Riots or political events
• Lost items at places beyond company control

Program Flexibility:

The travel program may be changed as appropriate without prior notice. The company will take into account the interests of customers as a priority.

• Visa (if required) - we provide visa assistance. Check visa-free countries here

A: Tour Conditions

Children 0-2 years old: Free of charge.

Children 3-8 years old: 50% of the tour price, sharing a bed with an adult. (If an extra bed is used, the cost is 75% of the tour price.)

Children 9 years old and above: 100% of the tour price, same privileges as adults.

Special Note: If a child occupies a separate room with one adult, the child will be charged as an adult (100% of tour price).

We offer two accommodation types: Budget Hotels (clean, comfortable, well-located) and Comfortable Hotels (premium with enhanced amenities). We typically arrange twin rooms (2 beds) with single room options available for additional fee.
